On most scorecards I see the easiest handicapped holes are always the collection of par 3s. Any rater who would dare through these holes in that same category needs to go find a different job to volunteer at. Virtually all of these holes will require a head cover to come off; whether it is your 5 wood, 3 wood, or Driver - the choice is yours!
